Terms and Conditions for Voucher Campaign

1. Validity: Vouchers are valid until the date specified on the voucher.
2. Exclusivity: Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
3. Non-Shareable: The food or menu items purchased with this voucher are for individual use only and may not be shared with others.
4. Purchase Limit: Each person is limited to a maximum purchase of 10 vouchers.
5. Redemption: Vouchers must be redeemed with a prior reservation. Walk-ins without reservations will not be accepted for voucher redemption.
6. Menu Restrictions: Vouchers are valid only for the specific menu items listed and cannot be used for other dishes, beverages, or additional services.
7. Non-Refundable: Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
8. No Partial Redemption: The voucher must be used in full during a single visit; no partial redemptions or carry-over balances are allowed.
9. Expiration: Expired vouchers will not be honored.
10. Modification or Cancellation: The restaurant reserves the right to modify or cancel the voucher campaign at any time without prior notice.
11. Damage or Loss: The restaurant is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
12. Compliance: Voucher redemption is subject to compliance with all restaurant policies and procedures.
