Chef Nando has created an amazing five-course menu which is perfectly paired with an exceptional wine selection by senior sommelier Michael van den Berg of local wine supplier Divino. You can attend this extraordinary five-course Dinner & Wine Pairing event at Hadicurari on Friday March 26th. Upon arrival, you will be seated comfortably on the cozy porch or on the beach with your feet in the sand. Either way, you will enjoy an astonishing sunset view.
The menu starts off with a carpaccio with goose liver mousse paired with a fruity Beringer Founders Reserve pinot noir. For the second course Chef Nando has chosen a classic Thai soup: Tom Kha Gai, which comes with mushroom wonton, shrimp and cilantro. During this course, a Beringer Main & Vine moscato will be served. Hadicurari is famous for its fresh seafood, so expect bacracuda tortellini as third course, paired with a Beringer Napa Valley chardonnay. The fourth course is another fantastic culinary celebration: duck filet served with bigarade sauce, smoked potato, celeriac mousseline and green asparagus. This time we return to red wine with a Beringer Knights Valley cabernet. Of course, this menu will be completed by a spectacular dessert when Chef Nando serves his homemade chocolate-caramel cake with papaya sorbet and red fruits. Sommelier Michael will then present his last paired wine: Beringer Brothers Red Blend.
The Dinner & Wine Pairing on Friday March 26 starts at 6:30pm and reservations are needed. Visitors and locals will be able to mingle in the pleasant ambiance of Hadicurari restaurant. The price is 105 dollars per person and the service charge is included. To make reservations, email to dries@arubawineanddine.com or call +297 594-8349.
