Fishes and More prides itself on providing the freshest products straight from the sea and the land. That is why chef Bruno of Fishes and More has decided to craft a special menu representing this diversity through 6 delicious dishes for you to choose from.
The menu starts with appetizer choices: Cream of Pumpkin Soup or Mixed Garden Salad served with the following selection of dressing: homemade vinaigrette, ranch, thousand islands, or Caesar. The appetizer is then accompanied by the main course with options like a delicious Creole Wahoo, locally caught wahoo served with mashed potato, mixed veggies, pika papaya creole sauce, or a Beef Tenderloin paired with mashed potatoes, green beans, caramelized onion, topped with a red wine sauce. The menu finishes off with your dessert choice of a chocolate brownie or a strawberry cheesecake. A menu designed to delight the senses!
Fishes and More is located in the Arawak Garden and is open from 4-11 pm. Arawak Garden can be found across from the Barceló Resort on the hi-rise strip. For an even more unforgettable dining experience the special menu can be enjoyed on the terrace with live music serenading the night. A more intimate indoor dining experience is also an option.
