The most wonderful time of the year is here with great new flavors and dishes! For the entire month of December, guests of Que Pasa Restaurant & Winebar can delight their senses with a great dinner menu to celebrate this wonderful Holiday season.
This extraordinary dinner will present its guests with a 5-course dinner menu, each uniquely prepared and paired. The first course is a delicious smoked tuna tartare with sweet and sour cucumber, avocado, rice paper, coriander, and shoyu. This is paired with a Segura Viudas Cava from Spain. The night will continue with a second course which are a spectacular catch of the day served with celeriac, leek marinated, hazelnut, and a truffle yuzu sauce. The third and fourth course is a rendang dumpling and duck breast containing all the flavors that would delight all senses. Keeping up with the magic of the season, the menu can become an extraordinary Food & Wine pairing with the best of wines.
This special holiday dinner menu is available throughout the whole of December until January 1st. The price is $60 per person and reservations are required ($40 extra for wine pairing). Que Pasa Restaurant & Winebar is located at Wilhelminastraat 18 in downtown Oranjestad.
