For this event, the culinary masters at Tango have teamed up with CAYMUS Vineyards to bring all steak and wine lovers the ultimate Food & Wine pairing menu. The dinner will start off with a grilled tenderloin as an amuse-bouche paired with Bonanza Carbernet Sauvignon, followed by a first course with steak tartare paired with Mer Soleil Pinot Noir. In the second course, a juicy skirt steak is presented and paired with Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon, followed by black Angus rib-eye paired with Caymus Grand Durif. The dinner will be completed with a hot chocolate brownie as dessert. This will be paired with a Red Schooner Malbec. It will be a night of exceptional night of wines and dishes!
