Every month Chef Lerjan of Café the Plaza in the Renaissance Marketplace is putting together an amazing special for lunch and dinner. It’s a 3-course choice menu featuring wonderful classics as well as delicious newcomers. The price is $27.50 per person.
This month’s three-course feast starts off with a choice between crab cakes, a shellfish cocktail, beet salad and crostini. After this fest of a start, it is time to advance to the main event, consisting of yummy choices: blackened grouper, teriyaki chicken drumsticks, a mixed grill and pasta primavera. There is also plenty of choice for guests with a sweet tooth: Tres Leches, orange carpaccio, berry panna cotta and apple fritters.
